Capacity planning - sync functionality available for initial and detailed estimates

Taking an initiative level as an example, for initial estimates you can view the capacity planning based on allocation across teams, you can further allocate to individual/s within that team if you know who will be working on the initiative.

Once you have a detailed estimate, the look through to individual level is no longer available and all of the time allocated to the initiative will go to the team that the owner of the initiative is assigned too.

When viewing capacity planning we use initial estimates to support future planning and detailed estimates to manage capacity for projects in flight.

We need the functionality available to sync so that we can view both together to get a holistic view of overall capacity.

This idea is critical for organizations who wants to do capacity planning on Big Projects without having to create Features or Requirements for each individual/resource. For example, if an organization have 100 people working on a Project, the current Capacity Planning for both Details Estimate and Actual Effort will only be usable if Features or Requirements are created for each individual, increasing overhead for maintaining the data in the Tool. Please do consider an option to use both Detailed Estimate and Actual Effort in a similar way that Initial Estimate works, allowing to add the estimates and efforts for the Team capacity and not limiting it for individuals only. Current Capacity Planning capabilities does not allow to do a proper capacity planning for Teams without having to create cards for each individual.

This idea is critical for early stage teams capacity planning (forecasting) to be possible in Aha. Without this capability forecasting for an initiative is not possible.
