Customize window/card in individual ideas

We would like the ability to add system, standard, and custom fields to the window or card to the left of each individual idea.

One specific use case we have already for this is to add the "Assigned to" field to this window. This idea would need to be implemented first: https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-2932.
