Improved notification for Integration Updates Merged

When records need to be approved for integration, it would be beneficial to have a more apparent notification badge or a way to send a notification email. Right now, the notification "badge" is under the settings. So you have to remember to go to the gear to see if you have anything to approve. If the badge showed on the gear (instead of on the menu when you hover on the gear), it would make it much more apparent that there was something you had to approve.

Furthermore, having a notification type available might be beneficial to some users to know when there are outstanding integration records that need to be approved.
