As a user I can define and add filters at the panel level to panels in a dashboard so that I can filter by different data points for different panels. For example I can add a status filter to a list panel so I can filter by project status (e.g. red, yellow, ,green.)
We shouldn't lose functionality when showing something on a dashboard..
This would be extremely helpful when providing a dashboard for a large portfolio to a senior executive but allowing them to focus in where they want -- for example by searching for an epic in a specific report to narrow out extraneous stuff, etc.
YEs I would like to have a large report by account partner for example, then I need to filter the large report by RFE category
