external and internal user metrics

We need a way to view workspace owner and user activity in a report.

This view exists in user history, but this is not shareable. I need to share with leadership how the tool is being used.

Combine user history and contact view, to provide per user metrics and account activity as a shareable report, with per user and filters over time.
