Unique Product Reference Number
It would be really good if Aha could allocate a unique reference number to each product (workspace) entered into the system, that would stay assigned to that product and would never change. That number could then be used in other systems where products are held so that there is a common number that links them all. The field should be available for inclusion in reports etc

That's not quite what I'm after. I want the system to generate a unique ID for each workspace created, that won't ever change. I've spoken to our Aha Support team who advised what you are suggesting and recommended that I add it as an idea on here when they realised what I was after.

Hi. When setting up a new workspace, you choose a Prefix for the workspace. This is then used as a prefix for all records for the workspace. Is this what you are looking for?
