Ability to bulk import Initiatives to more than 1 workspace at time

We often need to bulk import Initiatives to several workspaces at a time. Currently, we have to do this for one workspace at a time - which is time consuming given the number of workspaces we have. This would be a huge time saving for our users to be able to import to multiple workspaces from one upload file.
