Add ability to change webhook owner that is displayed in Rally Merged

When an update is made in Rally due to an integration with Aha, in Rally history, it shows the webhook owners name. This is confusing as it is hard to tell if a change was made by an actual person or by the integration. It would be helpful if it could be changed to "person's name via Aha integration" or something like that. I get calls from people looking at history in Rally wondering why I made changes to their Features - I didn't make the changes, the integration did. Since I sometimes do actually make updates in Rally, it makes it difficult to troubleshoot and determine where change came from

Use case: Feature in Rally shows an update to Name. When person researching the change looks in history, they see my name. They call me and we spend time researching if I truly made the change or if it was the integration.
