Ability to identify ideas submitted by different portals on a workspace

We have a use case where multiple portals are submitting ideas to a single workspace and there is no easy way to check the source of the idea. The only way we can currently do is using 'idea submission portal' on the views to filter. But PMs want to see that when they open an idea or set automation rules based on this field to populate a custom field. This field is not available to be added to layouts or automaton rules.

Need this capability asap.

    Yes. I have noticed that we can see where the idea is coming from on idea. Thanks, that helps while users are viewing the ideas on Aha.
    But we have a requirement to notify different set of users based on where the idea is originated and hence were looking for this in automation rules. Currently cannot identify them unless you check on Aha.

    Hi there, the portal name is currently listed at the top of the idea drawer/details page in the "Created by" line. The format is "Created by [user name and organization] in [ideas portal] on [date]."

    This does not cover the automations aspect of your idea, but please let us know if this helps! I have marked the idea Future consideration for the automations aspect. Thanks.
