Allow collaboration in whiteboards and notes with non-Aha! users

Product teams frequently need to collaborate with other cross-functional teams. Whiteboards and notes are great tools to facilitate this collaboration.

It would be great to be able to share a whiteboard or note with someone who does not have a paid seat in Aha! and allow them edit access.

We do a lot of ideation with our teams, but only product and design have paid Aha licenses. We are currently using FigJam, but we'd like to use Aha whiteboards to have the information more integrated into our PM tool. The whiteboard feature is of very little use if we have to pay $100+ for a user to just contribute to ideation. It costs us $5 to give them a FigJam license, although we also feel that is too much. Reviewers should be able to collaborate on whiteboards for free.

This would be extremely invaluable to our internal teams here as well. I am onboarding a product team at the moment and they want to be able to collaborate with users currently in "Reviewer" seats on whiteboards to drum up new ideas and to better define features/functionality in the product they are working on.

agreed @Fede, stakeholders are a valuable consideration when we use our Miro Boards for our workshops; and limiting this to a "collaborator" doesn't bode well for the tools adoption and move away from Miro or that of Lucid Chart.

This feature is similar to Miro Board. Limiting editing to licensed Aha! Users with a seat will limit the adoption of the whiteboard, which is something we have been waiting for a long time because we do example mapping in our process.

Extends further than just paid seat but to customers who are providing Ideas and would participate in Ideation sessions surrounding requests.
