Improve Hierarchy Report Merged

Right now the hierarchy report is great to see high level info such as statuses, but due to the limitations in the regular reporting with roll-up initiatived (only one level up and no levels down), I'm trying to use the hierarchy report as a workaround. However, the way that the data is presented is not useful at all. I need to be able to see headings for what the data is representing, whereas now the content is separated with | and that tells the reader nothing.

Please make the report more usable to be able to add headers at the very least, so we can improve context.
