Add the ability to automatically add release version from linked feature to idea. Merged

When an idea is promoted to a feature add the ability to link the version the feature is assigned to the idea automatically. It would be very helpful for feedback to the end users rather than an individual manually having to provide than information to them (or enter it manually in the idea). When linked it should auto update the version field from the feature if the feature is moved from one release to another.
