Allow One to Many custom table relationship field to be more flexible

When creating records in a custom table that are linked to another record through the One to Many relationship field it forces the parent record to prepend to the name of the table record. If this record is then utilized elsewhere the name is elongated leading to a confusing experience.

The context which we are attempting is to create a list of Products within a particular Workspace. These would be created using a One workspace to Many products relationship field. The list of items are then linked to Ideas, Epics, and Features, but have a name of [Workspace name - Product name] when ideally we would only show the Product name.
