In Outlook today I am able to create a to-do from an e-mail received or sent. It would be very handy to be able to do the same thing in AHA, by maybe forwarding the e-mail to my AHA account.

We actually implemented some automation with Power Automate for creating Features/Activities: when an email is flagged in Outlook, the content of the email is summarized with AI, To Dos extracted and then the Activity is created with subject of the email as title, description containing the AI summary and then the original content and the email itself is attached in case you need it to reply. Works pretty well, because we use a Teamwork board to manage our work. But leveraging the API you could use the same principle for creating to do’s, too.
Posting this here as a workaround, but also to add: if this is implemented natively in Aha!, please use AI to extract what’s relevant from the email, not just copying the entire email trail in the record body, that would be fantastic (also for creating ideas via email actually).
