Users should be able to merge workspaces in Aha so that they do not need to delete other records first. Currently, if one attempts to create a new workspace with an abbreviation (ABC) and ABC already exists for some records (like features or ideas), they are unable to create the new workspace. They are forced to first delete the features or ideas with abbreviation ABC before creating the workspace.
They should have the ability to merge workspaces together (perhaps by choosing which fields and records to merge).
I would like to merge workspaces where I now realize I should have made one workspace for four modules of a product that get published simultaneously. Having a way to merge workspaces would be great so all the initiatives, releases, notes, and other content are easily moved into one workspace. I would probably require they all have the same workflows to do so, but this seems like a useful cleanup utility as an organization grows or learns how to better use Aha!.
