Within our organization, we like to funnel all idea intake into a single portal so we can manage appropriately before handing off to a product team. Right now when you create a new idea within Aha directly, it allows you to choose from any workspace within the hierarchy. Ideally we'd like to choose which workspaces show as available options vs. the default of always showing all workspaces.
Today you can create one portal for your users to submit and view ideas. The ideas could flow into one designated "ideas" workspace. I have a similar need and situation where I would like to have ONE project intake form that allows the submitter to choose the workspace (ours is by company department and product). We review all our projects at a high level to determine company strategy and prioritization. With one list, and all requests in one place, we list to go through for approval and each workspace and project manager to take their prioritized projects to work them once approved.
