Archiving Custom Table Data Merged

My organization is operating within the SAFe framework and currently using Custom Table to track and report on our progress towards PI Objectives. We also align features/epics to these PI objectives, and as time goes on, this list gets really large. It would be great if we had the option to have some sort of "archiving" functionality so that when we go to link an objective with a feature or epic, we only see objectives for the current/unarchived Program Increment.
