Allow dashboard read only users to easily open the report behind the panel

When we create dashboards we set them as read only to avoid any unintended changes being made to them however the dashboards are designed to be used by users to trigger action, so they need to be able to easily get to the filter behind the panel. Currently it is only possible to open the report for users with edit permissions


This gap is a big impact on the usefulness of the dashboards and efficiency of actioning data in the dashboard.


The specific requirement is that users with read only access to a dashboard need to be able to easily (1 or 2 clicks) get to the report that is behind the dashboard panel.

    This is a really big problem for us and currently we are having to give View / Edit permissions which is causing problems as people accidentally change the master dashboard
