Custom Order for categories Merged

Currently, idea categories are presented alphanumerically to a person when they are submitting an idea.

As a Product Manager, I would like to sort idea categories so that it makes more sense.

For example, Other ends up in the middle of the list and I would like it to be at the end of the list.
