Allow Ideas Portal Users to see Ideas for their company Merged

Idea Portal users can see "My Ideas" and "My votes" but cannot see Ideas created by their colleagues.

Could you consider adding an option to allow Idea Portal Users to see ideas created or voted on my users belonging to the same company.

At the moment, I have to create an Aha Presentation and share this with customers, which is a pain!
