Add Favourite Roadmap and reports to my work Merged

I am starting to advocate more and more that teams use the My work page as their default home page. One of the consistent challenges that I have is the discoverability of roadmaps and reports. I have sugggested alternatives before in ideas. However, what would be useful is if my favourite roadmaps and reports are linked in the my work page.
