Add a description on how to change the phase color in the gantt chart

When you open up the phase drawer in the gantt view, there is an option to select the color of the phase but this only works if your gantt is set to 'Colored by status'. It does not work under any of the other settings.

It'd be helpful to have a little '?' next to the Color field with instructions on how to apply that color to the gantt i.e. when you hover over the '?' it'll say "Change the gantt settings to color by status to apply the phase color"
