Automation for epics/features at the parent line level

As a portfolio manager, I want to create a single rule for epics/features for all workspaces in a parent line.

Right now I have to recreate these individually at the workspace level. Part of the problem is the amount of time it takes to create each rule, but a bigger problem is losing track of changes made to the rule in one workspace that should be carried across the portfolio. This idea would help address the problem, but ultimately I would appreciate the comprehensive solution to be able to automate epics/features at a higher level.
