Russian language support

Please review a possibility to add Russian language support. Accordingly to the Wikipedia, it is one of the World language and it is in top 10 of languages in the following categories:

  1. Internet users by language

  2. Content languages for websites

  3. List of languages by total number of speakers

  4. List of languages by number of native speakers

For some cases(regions/projects) it might be a highly valuable.
