Boolean field types in dynamic forms Merged

For when we would like to ask our idea portal users very simple yes/no questions to determine their next step in the dynamic, we'd love to present a very simple set of yes/no radio buttons. While we can present a predefined choice list with a drop-down of yes/no, we feel radio buttons would be a better user experience for these simple questions.
