Allow Users to Configure Granularity of Story Maps Merged

When working with Story Maps, I see that the lowest level of granularity I can use is at the Feature level. I would like the ability to choose to create story maps that go down to Requirement level granularity.

Given that users/administrators have the choice to choose how to map Epics/Features/Requirements for their integrations (JIRA in our case), it stands to reason that we ought to be able to support the same mappings for our User Story Maps.

In our configuration, we map Aha! Requirements to JIRA User Stories, so the User Story Map feature currently adds no value for us, and we must work with yet another tool for that exercise.
