Add the "[Updating]" tag to Integration Reports where applicable

When you make a change to an Integration being used as a template by other workspace/integrations, while the update is progressing through the dependent workspace/integrations sometimes you see an "[Updating]" tag next to the name in the left navbar of the "Workspace settings" page. Rather than look through each workspace's "Workspace settings" page, I would like the Integration report to have that tag/status available as a field for workspace/integrations.

Recently, I had a situation where the background updating task never finished for some workspace/integrations and being able to see that in the Integration Report would have alerted me to the problem.
