We use automations to automatically assign ideas based on their categorization. Quite often ideas overlap product categories and as such multiple categories are assigned. The issue we are finding is that by adding the secondary categorization the idea is rerouted to the team that would support versus lead the potential implementation.
At minimum, if automations could be updated to ignore secondary and tertiary categories added to the field that would be incredibly helpful. Currently we have to reassign the proper person to the assignee field which sometimes requires time to be spent to figure out or a few reassignments to get to where it needs to go. This often causes delays in our triage which has an established SLA.
