Ability to include a field more than once in report filters Merged

When applying a filter on some fields we can choose a custom value or 'is blank'. As an example some of the fields we created to capture estimates can either be blank or 0. I'm wanting to create a report picking up 0 or blank records, but I can't use the same field twice, which means I have to create 2 reports
