Improve how user names appear while collaborative editing

When you are editing collaboratively, the label for the other user's name often covers up the text that their cursor is near. This makes it difficult to see the text in its entirety and to effectively collaborate.

Ideally, the name label or avatar would only show when you hovered on the colored underline where their cursor is.
