Polls support playing videos

In addition to mockups and images, it needs to support videos. This would allow us to create polls that give our portal users a short preview of whatever we are trying to get feedback on.

Show similar ideas on the research tab

It'd be really helpful to put a 'similar ideas' section on the new Research tab to help find other similar ideas you might have missed. Then there could be a 1-click promote button that would promote it to the current feature.

Add files in advance for an empathy session

I want the ability to add files to my empathy session before it starts. This will help me queue up important files so they are easily accessible when I need to share them into my session chat.
