I would like to be able to run reports to see:
How many empathy sessions we have run and when
Who was invited and attended
The insights, learnings, and ideas that come out of the session
Each of the messages sent
We can use these report to share with other teams the work we are doing to understand customer needs. And also to import into other systems for additional analysis.
Reporting on Empathy sessions would be great. I would like to run a simple report that gives me the following:
Date of Session
Organizer
Name of Session
Workspace
Status
This will help me to see which of our product teams are engaging best with our customers and where support might be needed for Discovery.
