Improve Files section

Add Note to library

Enhance the Notes improvements by enabling CSV importing

With Notes getting some love, we are now considering moving those to Aha from other systems. We wouldn't want the history to be in a different place so woudl appreciate the ability to import notes into individual workspaces.
