We move customers from opportunity into lead generally before we can capture their ideas. They are then leads for their lifetime with our business. With the current Aha! Salesforce integration, we can't capture their ideas through Salesforce.

In my organization we have separate Aha! accounts for each business unit. We use one Salesforce instance across our organization. I would like to be able to integrate our multiple Aha! accounts with our Salesforce instance.

Who would benefit? Everyone What impact would it make? Allows for further data collection from SFDC in Aha! How should it work? Similar to how other SFDC fields are currently mapped in today's configuration.

Using the Salesforce integration, if you remove the request on the Idea page (by clicking on the bin icon) and go to the related account in Salesforce, the request is still listed there. Ideally this would update Salesforce dynamically.

As a user, when I am searching for an idea through the Salesforce integration, I would like to see if the idea was promoted before selecting it.
