When adding Product permissions to users it would be useful for the top headings to be visible as you scroll down.

As we have a reasonable sized product portfolio, it can be difficult when creating users and assigning product permissions to see which column is which as the column headings are not frozen.

Allow Admins to Add/Manage Users but NOT Billing

As a user of Aha I need the ability to allow a user to add or manage users in Aha but not access Billing information or add new users to the account. Billing management should be segregated from User Management.
