Show amount owed if seats added

Currently a billing admin can provide the PO number when adding seats in an Aha! account which is great but it would also be good to show a preview of how much will be owed so that they can generate the PO accordingly.

Add Development Lead as a Role

We would like Development Leads to be able to update status on features & requirements once they have left the planning phase. Ideally, the Dev Lead could update status & add comments once the feature/req gets into the "In Development" phase.

When new users are added to products or invited to Aha! (specifically paid users) send an email to the account and/or billing administrators to let them know who was invited along with the user who invited them.

Expanded Zapier Support

Could you expand Zapier or Power Automate to support more scenarios? Currently using Aha makes many areas like user admin 100% manual, which seems so 1990's. Any chance of supporting more so we can do more with Automation?

Search for Pending Login Users or Inactive Users

Currently today you can't see users who have not logged in for a set period of time or have never logged in. Now you have to use the API to pull users and then manually find and reactivate them via the UI. Seems counter productive.
