Don't make user create a separate login for big.ideas.aha.io ideas portal
I already have a login for Aha. When I wanted to log an issue in the Big ideas portal, I had to create an account (for big.ideas.aha.io ideas). Why can't I log in with my existing software account?

I think of ideas for Aha! software when I am interacting with the Aha! software itself. If would be very helpful if there was a shortcut link from the software UI to add an idea in the Aha big ideas portal.

Add a group called "None" to the Paid seats group, right now we have no way to know if someone is in that group
Our instance uses paid seat groups,
We have 93 paid seats, and the Account>Billing page shows 80 / 93 in use.
However that is not the accurate picture.
If you go to the Users page, you can see 13 others assignged to "None"
