Show release month as "January" rather than "2017-01" in pivot report
When showing the release month in a pivot report, it appears in the form "2017-01" rather than "January". This makes the table more difficult to read and equate with real months as people know them.

The Hierarchy report is great. However, I think it would be better if you also got a green tick next to Initiatives and Releases that were completed / shipped. I think this would be a better visual representation of delivery against a goal.
