As a product owner, I want to also # mention a Release Phase and or a Release Milestone within a description or a Note, so that I can easily list important milestones for a particular initiative or piece of work.

Emailing group or channels when a event triggers

It would be great to have the ability to email a mailbox or send a notification to teams/yammer channel when a release has been shipped or when a feature has been delivered, it automates the communication to wider business

Currently both the Internal and External release date fields require date values (on setup/planning) which are then exposed to all viewers. The request is to include configuration options that would identify the dates as still tentative.

Release attachments should be linked to a record in VSTS

like any other fields, the attachments on releases should be able to be pushed by Aha to VSTS as an attachment. We use release as an EPIC in VSTS so any release attachments should come to VSTS as EPIC attachment

Sort To Do's in date order (Release Phase view)

Ability to sort To Do's by date from within the release phase view. Appreciate this can be done via a Report / List View, but from a usability perspective, it is easier and quicker to do it from within the Release Phase.

Set Release Capacity on Parking Lots to 0

Please allow users to edit the Release Capacity, or make the system to automatically set it to 0. Without "0" value, the calculation of "Release work remaining over capacity" is off and inconsistent with other releases. Thank you

Don't show abandoned releases within the Starter Roadmap

Completed releases don't show in the started roadmap so why would abandoned releases? They are adding noise to our display, annoyingly so where we are considering marking them as "shipped" to remove them from various lists.
