Customers (portal users) want to be a watcher on the idea portal and be notified of all incoming ideas

We are using an idea portal for a specific feedback channel on a beta product release. The customers submitting the feedback wish to be watchers so they can get an email on all incoming feedback instead of visiting the site regularly to find out.

As an Ideas portal user, I would like to click on the idea reference in a notification email and this would open a new tab in my browser (if open) and take me to the related idea in the portal so that I can access the idea quickly and easily.

Remove white space on custom report roadmap column/rows on leftside (make more condense)

The custom report roadmaps with visual bars have the ability to add column/row data on left hand side. However, there is significant white space which makes the report bigger than it needs to be. Is there a way to condense it?
