Bring back the ability view the My Work page for other users

Up until the update today (9/27/2023), we were able to view the My Work page for other users. This was very handy for us to go see what another user might have on their plate. I'm not really understanding why functionality was removed.

Filter notifications by author

Add "Requirement" option in work request drop-down

While creating dependency on another workspace, the aha record needs to be tagged at requirement level. It would be great to see that option considering the high usage of work request related to requirements.

Display finish date on the User Story card

Please consider displaying the User Story End date on the card view without having to drill into the user story.

Private to-dos. Todos are visible to everyone. This causes issues with security and legal .

Add a checkbox to "To-do" creation which makes the to-do visible to only the creator. This would be great for legal teams and security teams who may have to dos that are specific to their orgs but shouldn't be visible organization wide.
