Configure release capacity display

Hide/Show Function for Completed To Dos on Initiatives & Releases

Allow Contributors to Hide/Show completed To Dos on an initiative or release. At times the list of completed to dos can become extensive and an option to toggle and view only what is open/active would be helpful.

Whenever a User is added to a Custom Table User Field, add them as a Watcher

When you have a User Field in a Custom Table, add them as a Watcher. Similar to how @'ing someone makes them a Watcher. In fact, whenever a User is referenced, they should become a Watcher.

Filter Out Parking Lot Items in Info Tab of Workspace
