Starter Roadmap - empty lane removal.

Starter Roadmap: remove extra lane in any export. Now in the pdf export the lane is removed, in the notebook however not. If empty it should not appear in exports of any kind.

Competitor Pricing field needs to allow text formatting & file attachment
