Add more than one custom persona template to a workspace
We have both detailed personas and summary personas that we like to use for different situations - presentations, talking with devs etc. Being able to use multiple in the same workspace would be great.

Would like to be able to add Tags to Initiatives (in addition to the existing capability of adding tags to Features, Master Features etc.) We use tags to track Change Control and need to be able to do this at the Initiative level as well.

The default view for Goals and Initiatives is the quadrant / scoring view; it would be nice to be able to default (at either the Account or User level) to the Detail view which is far more useful.

there are times when an initiative is mislabeled as a product and it would be easier and more time efficient to correct if you could just convert the product to an initiative. It saves time.
