Set default collapsed state for a Knowledge Base

What is the challenge?

Currently the navigation tree on the left-hand side of a knowledge base is expanded by default, so all folders and notes are shown.

What is the impact?

In a Knowledge Base with many documents, this can make it harder to locate the right information.

Describe your idea

The root folders should be collapsed by default.
