Add "read only" option for embedded whiteboards

When opening and browsing embedded whiteboards in a note, it would be nice if I could open the whiteboard in read-only mode.

I am mostly paranoid about accidentally changing work, and while I can just undo, it would be nice to avoid accidents altogether. Something like what is shown in the attachment.
