Scorecards are great, but they do not let me easily rank features against one another. A traditional way to do this is the "pairwise matrix". This breaks ties between features that have similar scorecard ranks. A forced rank list lets me communicate to stakeholders and customers the probability of features making or dropping from the release. Perhaps this could be a list of features in the release with a slider next to each, or drag and drop ordering of the list to create a rank.
Hi Chris,
Thanks for your reply. In the “Card Views” on Features/Board and
Features/Details it’s really hard to do ranking with dragging. For
example, I have a release with 74 features. Our feature names are written
as stories (“As a blah, I want to blah, so I can blah”) which means each
card has 3-6 lines of text. So to drag cards, I have to scroll for days.
I need a more manageable list view.

How would this differ from the rank ordering of features in releases today?
On the Features -> Board screen you can rank features within a release by
dragging them. You can also drag features into rank order on the Features
-> Details screen if you set the ordering to "Rank". On the Features ->
List view add the "Rank" column to view this rank numerically.
