Faster way to add me as a watcher on a feature

Is it possible to have to shortcut to add myself as a watcher on a feature? Something like a "Follow" button. The actual control requires several clicks to select myself for the user list. It's kind of slow and annoying since 99% of time I only want to add myself.
This is extremely annoying. Please add a one-click shortcut to watch/unwatch a feature.
It is very time consuming the click into each feature, then click the watch icon, then click the pull down list, then pull down the list and find yourself to add as a watcher. Simpler would be click on watch icon, pop windows the pull down list and button that says "add me only"
