Make reference #s less prominent in board view and timeline views
The ticket reference numbers are actually the least important pieces of information about a given feature or other ticket during most conversations where important roadmap decisions are being made. So why are they shown in the most prominent position in board views, timeline views? The boards would be easier to read if the reference numbers were either not shown or were shown in light fonts on the bottom right position on the cards. That way we can focus on the title of the card better.
