Ability to customize justification of report bars Merged

When pivoting records by timeframe, if the record starts before the time dictated, the names are cut-off. I understand the work-around of setting start & end dates to automatic & expanding the view line but this is NOT intuitive to users nor is it helpful when you wan to show a focused view. 

Names should auto default to the beginning of the view. If you can't make that happen - allow us to choose the justification in the Customization module.
